BUSINESS CHALLENGES

MLB C-levels wanted to have better visibility of their top-rated AtBat Baseball streaming app’s e-commerce sales, product usage, and customer retention. There was not a single view dashboard that could give a holistic view, and for that reason, executives were not able to make critical business decisiona in a timely manner hence losing growth opportunities.

SOLUTION

We created a performance dashboard that gave C-Levels visibility into Daily hour-by-hour sales, Product usability in terms of how many times and duration customer has used the product for, and churn rate and their reasons.

To power up the solution, we created a data warehouse, a Data Pipeline that pulls data from the sources, incorporates data quality checks, notifies critical errors, and a self-service BI, which allowed users to create flexible reports without any coding skills.
