Pharmaceutical giant needed to revamp their CTMS ( Clinical Trial management system), as they were facing in-built inefficiencies, lack of upstream and downstream system integration, overly complicated document sharing process, poor data quality controls, complicated data access methodologies in their legacy CTMS system, it was costing them longer turnaround time for the clinical trials, more human resources, noise in their patient and drugs data, ultimately slowing down go to market for their drugs.
Solution
Our solution was to migrate the legacy CTMS system to Veeva Vault CTMS, which is an AWS Cloud Based modern CTMS system. For this to happen the following milestones were performed. A detailed analysis of their existing CTMS was performed by our team including both functional and technical aspects. Detailed data profiling and cleansing was performed A comprehensive user migration was done from legacy CTMS to Veeva Vault, for a streamlined access control.
